Will Witherspoon, Professional Football, Business Development Advisor and On-Camera Educator
Will Witherspoon brings over two decades of professional football experience to Social Media Sports Management (SM2). SM2 protects and maximizes valuable sports brands through digital, social media and real-time communications strategies, coaching, education, empowerment and teams.
As a professional football business development executive, advisor and on-camera educator for SM2, the former NFL linebacker informs the senior teams at SM2 on relative NFL and NFLPA initiatives and hot-topics. Additionally, he identifies business development partnership opportunities and serves as an on-camera educator for the on-demand customized NFL and Collegiate eCourseware.
Currently a sideline analyst with the St. Louis Rams Radio, Mr. Witherspoon was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the third round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He has also played for the St. Louis Rams, Philadelphia Eagles and Tennessee Titans. A graduate of the University of Georgia, he is passionate about producing healthy and nutritious food and owns the sustainable Shire Gate Farm near Owensville, Mo. Mr. Witherspoon is blessed with three daughters.
