Information That You Provide to Us

When you log in to SM²s Cloud-based Platform and create an account, we will collect your name, email, username, and password (“Personal Information”). Personal Information will be stored on our servers.

When you download, access, and use SM², we may collect:

Usage Details. When you access and use SM², we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of SM², including communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through SM².
Device Information. SM²may collect information about your mobile device and Internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, operating system, browser type, mobile network information and the device’s telephone number.
Stored Information and Files. SM² also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information.
Location Information. SM² does not collect real-time information about the location of your device.

Third-Party Information Collection

When you use SM², certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include your mobile device manufacturer, your mobile service provider, analytics companies, and others. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and apps. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. How We Use Your Information

We use the Personal Information that you submit to us to process your eLearning. We may also use Personal Information to:

Notify you when SM² updates are available, and of any changes to services we offer or provide through it.

Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Information

If you wish for us to delete your Personal Information, you can send an email via the “Contact Us” screen in SM², and our team will manually delete the data.

Regarding Minors

SM²is not designed for minors under the age of 13 and we do not intentionally gather Personal Information about visitors who are under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ Personal Information, we will post the new privacy policy and notify you by e-mail or text message to the primary e-mail address or phone number specified in your account, or by an alert the first time you use SM²after we make the change. You are responsible for ensuring that we have an up-to-date e-mail address and/or phone number for you and for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
